  • Manage ServiceNow for Change, Incident, Request, Problem management and CMDB inventory.
  • Participate in project support for high- and low-level design cost estimations, SDCL processes, and Agile methodology.
  • Identify, design, and implement flexible, responsive, and secure technology services.
  • Perform research and evaluate infrastructure strategies, hardware/software, security, networking products and best practices.
  • Provide consultation to management on options, risk vs. cost, benefits, and other impacts of infrastructure solutions.
  • Establish technical standards for network infrastructure, security baselines, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and document infrastructure support policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor trends and recommend future architecture strategies and roadmaps.
  • Educate and mentor IT support staff as needed, including requisite training on technology and governance.
  • Collaborate with outsource vendors to drive sound architectures, engineering designs, and configuration templates.
  • Engage in complex production impacting technical issues and work to troubleshoot and restore service.
  • Acts in a lead role in leveraging applicable best practices for design and enterprise business solutions.
  • Leads problem management and resolution in the support of deployed technology and acts as subject matter expert on high severity production outages.
