Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • Significant experience in an operational excellence role, preferably in learning & development, or business-related field
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and optimize processes and ensure quality control in learning organizations
  • Proven track record in driving continuous operational excellence and supporting cultural transformation
  • Experience developing strategic concepts, conducting in-depth analysis, and preparing decision-making documents for senior leadership
  • Excellent conceptualization and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on ability to drive operational excellence setup and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality management/assurance processes and procedures for our global learning function (CSOP, SOPs, WIs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations and collaborate with our internal business partners
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of inefficiency for our function’s performance, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports, decision papers and presentations for management on quality performance and improvement initiatives
  • Gather and analyze country-specific, local legal requirements in the field of learning (e.g required learning language, learning time per year, documentation, …)
  • Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning, and internal and external benchmarking and audit activities
  • Educate, and develop continuous improvement skills and competencies across the global learning function in terms of quality and processes
