Responsibilities
  • Provide space programming solutions & calculations for new builds, refreshes and existing spaces - including but not limited to baseline spatial analysis, test fits and recommended targets
  • Be the strategic and tactical leader for all challenges around hoteling/flexible seating for all Roku sites as needed
  • Developing new ways of working and utilizing space for hybrid work environments partnering with IT/AV for new solutions
  • Partner closely with Real estate Strategy, Technology, and Design & Construction, and Operations on space & occupancy planning strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to Global Space Planning team
  • Support the development of Space Planning migration plans and sequencing of group-level moves and relocations. Communicate with supporting departments such as IT, Security, Facilities and Operations to ensure alignment on scope of work
  • Facilitates and/or resolves planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings; Ensures planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios improve use of space
  • Develop campus/building stacking and migration plans as well as monitor and review quarterly
  • Collaborate with Design and Construction teams on active projects. Provide leadership, direction and guidance on project specific tasks related to space programming, attend project meetings in the absence of Space Planners to stay aligned on buildout
  • Oversees physical space and occupancy audits and ensuring Space Planners are continuously updating information in Office Space
  • Identify and track key performance indicators for occupancy and space metrics
  • Recommends, educates, and enforces space policies and standards, procedures and protocols
  • Operate independently to accomplish work but also a large part of the time will require extensive collaboration with internal Workplace Resources, business partners, colleagues, customers and/or business leaders
  • Sets and communicates expectations with BUs and supporting vendors for Day 2 reconfigurations or adds, defining feasible solutions while aligning with Roku space guidelines, processes, and resources
  • Oversee process and tool improvement activities for CAFM. Ensure consistency of data integrity within CAFM tools managed by Sr. Data Analyst
