Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/MIS or related field with 15 + years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MS degree or certification preferred
  • 7+ years of SaaS business applications experience including robust hands-on experience in Marketing, CRM (Microsoft & or Salesforce), Master Data Management, CPQ and Enterprise Architecture
  • 2 CRM implementations, Customer Master implementation
  • Experience working with business and technology leaders to solve complex business and systems problems
  • Experience managing offshore teams
  • Strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills within CRM (either Microsoft and Salesforce, preferably both)
  • DevOps experience a plus
  • Scrum Agile certification a plus
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and supporting the relationship with Global Sales, Services and Marketing
  • Supporting and implementing various systems that strengthen the relationship between Penumbra and its customers
  • Act as a Lead CRM Cloud Developer for all CRM, CPQ requirements and functionality
  • Responsible for business and functional analysis, project delivery, success criteria and risk analysis
  • Hands on ability to design, develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows
  • Lead technical design and architectural sessions within the functional areas of Customer Data Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Pricing, Orders, Cases, Contracts, Billing etc.
  • Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new CRM applications
  • Experience in design thinking, CRM design and implementation, Agile methodology and tools
  • Provide technical support for analysis of business requirements and applicability to the current or planned Salesforce Platform capabilities
  • Architect, design, implement world-class products and solutions
  • Develop functional architecture design and contribute to supporting the overall goals of the organization
  • Designs long-term, reliable, and end-to-end technical architectures, which includes building solutions and POC s based on internal customer and project needs
  • Transforms detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document and design consistent, extensible, and integrated data access enterprise components across distinct data sources and platforms
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Identify problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, Marketing, and Sales / Service operations
  • Responsible for building out roadmap for CPQ/CRM and driving efficiencies in the Go to Market functions
  • Develop training materials and train users on CRM tool functionality
  • Work with Data Management Team to support Customer Master Data and touchpoints to our Master Data Platform
  • Working with PM and Scrum Master to delegate tasks and tickets to appropriate team members
  • Provide high quality solutions to business problems for CRM for Sales and Marketing
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures
  • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company
