The Human Resources Intern will work in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and communication are key to providing the level of support needed for the team to succeed. This position will aid in a variety of ways: provide support with end-to-end coordination of HR projects and initiatives; review programs, process and procedures and make recommendations for changes and improvements; support HR team initiatives by developing and maintaining existing programs and/or systems.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad HR experience, where you will have responsibility for a variety of projects, and will engage with key decision-makers on the following types of work:
- Support team with the HR cyclical work through planning, forecasting and communication
- Assist in project work that requires a fresh look at current state and make process improvements where possible
- Respond to employee issues and problem solve these with support of the HRBP team
- Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
- Current Junior in an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A proven history of excellent academic performance (GPA 3.0+)
- Disciplined, with strong personal management and organization skills
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships by collaborating to fully understand and meet expectations
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
- Open to intern in our offices full-time during normal business hours
- Ability to work in the United States for indefinite period without sponsorship
