Requirements
  • Support team with the HR cyclical work through planning, forecasting and communication
  • Assist in project work that requires a fresh look at current state and make process improvements where possible
  • Respond to employee issues and problem solve these with support of the HRBP team
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Current Junior in an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A proven history of excellent academic performance (GPA 3.0+)
  • Disciplined, with strong personal management and organization skills
  • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships by collaborating to fully understand and meet expectations
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Open to intern in our offices full-time during normal business hours
  • Ability to work in the United States for indefinite period without sponsorship
