Requirements
  • At least 5 years of agency and/or related media experience.
  • Experience implementing paid media campaigns across various primary social and digital/programmatic channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and The Trade Desk.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal Media Planning, Search, Analytics, Creative, and Client Services teams to execute successful media campaigns.
  • Set up and quality-assure digital and social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Performance Max, and The Trade Desk.
  • Monitor campaign budgets through weekly pacing to ensure delivery and accuracy, and recommend fund reallocations when appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, including creative rejections, tag implementation, and targeting scale, and present solutions to the wider team.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicator benchmarks and client goals.
  • Assist with reporting by providing detailed campaign analysis, insights, and performance key performance indicators.
  • Lead relationships with necessary media vendors and agency partners.
  • Quality-assure DOMO integrations through weekly pacing within Approved Media Plans and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Track industry trends and beta-testing opportunities, recommend tests within key media platforms, lead internal discussions around platform exploration, and recommend innovation.
  • Identify training needs within assigned team members and meet quarterly to evaluate progress with team members and the Group Director, Media Buying.
  • Meet weekly with assigned direct reports to discuss action items, challenges, wins, and other concerns.
  • Collaborate with the wider Media Team to develop thought-leadership material and new-business collateral as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve media processes as needed.
