Responsibilities

Drive to various locations across Seattle to conduct property showings.
Greet potential tenants upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Showcase rental units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features, amenities, and neighborhoods.
Answer any questions or inquiries from potential tenants regarding the property.
Provide accurate information about leasing terms, rental rates, and move-in processes.
Collaborate with leasing agents and property managers to ensure a smooth and positive tenant experience.

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tour Specialist to work 10-20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable driving around Seattle, and have a friendly demeanor to greet potential tenants during property showings.
