Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Representative to join the AS Human Resources Organization Effectiveness (OE) team. This position is based in Melbourne, FL and will report to the Manager 2, Organizational Effectiveness.
As a member of the OE team, the successful candidate will help support delivery of organizational solutions in partnership with senior Organizational Development Consultants as a Talent Advisor to our Aeronautics Systems organizations.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Organizational Effectiveness team, AS human resources organization, and AS business leaders to assess, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our employee’s work experience and development. You’ll assist in analyzing business needs, consulting and advising, supporting change management, providing strategic HR solutions and delivering effective training and development programs with the goal of enhancing business performance and workplace culture.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness solutions, including organizational design, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to employee experience and organizational culture to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and support the facilitation of workshops and feedback forums that enhance team effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of professional and leadership development programs and solutions.
- Contribute to change management efforts by designing and communicating initiatives to drive employee buy-in and adoption of programs.
- Research best practices and emerging trends in organizational development to support solution innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the enterprise talent team and sector HR teams to enhance and shape strategic delivery of talent management solutions.
- Manage HR projects aligned to sector talent, career development, and employee experience goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Human Resources
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience successfully leading small to mid-scale projects
- Prior experience speaking and facilitating sessions with small to mid-size groups of employees, leaders, and/or peers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or related discipline
- Broad based experiences as an Organization Development professional or HR Business Partner
Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
