  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience. 6+ years of experience with a degree
  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP)
  • Proficient in setting up and maintaining Jira projects, objects, boards, and metrics
  • Strong ability to design Jira workflows, automate processes, and customize configurations for organizational needs
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash to create and maintain custom scripts when needed
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies, ensuring alignment of Jira systems with Agile best practices
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under general supervision and provide effective solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
Responsibilities
  • Administers, develops, configures, implements, and maintains Jira systems to support organizational objectives
  • Maintains configuration of Jira plugins and integration
  • Responsible for Jira system account management including roles and users
  • Sets up and maintains Jira objects, including Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories, Tasks, Tests, Projects Tree, and Tags, ensuring compatibility with the EXPANSIA Agile Way
  • Configures and maintains Jira Boards, Metrics, Risk Boards, Requirements, and other features
  • Provides training to government personnel and contractors on the effective use of Jira tools and systems
  • Establishes and implements standards for Jira operations, workflows, and best practices based on organizational requirements
  • Monitors, moves, and updates Jira configurations using prescribed methodologies to optimize performance and usability
  • Identifies opportunities to improve operational workflows and implements effective solutions within Jira
  • Creates and maintains detailed documentation, training materials, and diagrams for Jira-related processes and systems
  • Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded
  • Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area
  • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
  • Completes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
  • Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and business teams
  • Scrum Alliance CSPO or CSM certified
