Résumé du poste
Sous la responsabilité de la gestionnaire, Partenaire d’affaires RH, le(la) Stagiaire RH travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe RH et les partenaires d’affaires afin d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaires grâce à la prestation efficace de programmes et de solutions RH.
Responsabilités principales
- Soutenir et coordonner les initiatives, programmes et outils RH basés sur les besoins
- Créer et analyser des rapports basés sur les données de Tableau et des enquêtes trimestrielles auprès des employé(e)s
- Soutenir la gestionnaire RH dans la mise en œuvre des activités en matière d’inclusion et de diversité
- Examiner et compiler les tendances actuelles du marché des RH pour proposer des initiatives innovantes à mettre en œuvre
- Fournir un soutien organisationnel lors des séances d’orientation, les séances d’information RH et du programme de mentorat canadien
- Maintenir à jour la documentation RH
- Créer du contenu RH pour l’infolettre de l’organisation
- Appliquer son jugement aux données pour soutenir la planification et l’exécution de tous les projets
Qualifications et expérience
- Être présentement inscrit(e) à un programme universitaire (Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise)
- Temps plein durant l’été et possibilité de temps partiel durant l’année scolaire
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de présentation et de relations interpersonnelles
- Fort esprit d’analyse et capacité à sortir des sentiers battus, ainsi que capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- La motivation pour les résultats, l’initiative, la créativité, le sens de l’organisation et l’ouverture envers son propre développement sont des atouts essentiels
- Connaissances technologiques. Connaissance de Workday, Survey Monkey Tableau sont des atouts
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (anglais et français). Le français est obligatoire
- Expérience en gestion de projet, un atout
- Connaissance du droit du travail canadien et québécois est un atout

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partner, the HR Student will work in close collaboration with the HR team and the business, to advance and achieve business results through the effective design and delivery of HR projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate needs/based HR initiatives, programs and tools
- HR data analytics – Create & Analyze reports based on Tableau data and the quarterly employee surveys
- Support HR Manager in implementation of Inclusion & Diversity Initiatives
- Review and compile current HR market trends to propose innovative HR initiatives to implement
- Provide organizational support in the Orientation Sessions, the HR Office Hours and the Canadian Mentoring Program
- Maintain HR documentation
- Create HR content for the organization’s newsletter
- Apply judgement to data to support the planning and execution of all projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Presently enrolled in a University program
- Full time during summer & possibility of part time during the year
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and ability to think outside the box, as well as the ability to multitask
- Drive for results, initiative, creativity, organizational skills and openness for own development are key assets
- Technologically inclined – Knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Polls & Tableau would be an asset
- Bilingual – verbal and written (English & French). French is mandatory
- Project Management experience an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian & Quebec labor laws an asset
