Requirements
  • A completed technical vocational qualification, such as electrician training, building services engineering, or a comparable field, is required.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience are required.
  • Solid knowledge of building maintenance, electrical engineering, and skilled trades is required.
  • Fluent German at C1 level or higher is required.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office is required.
  • The role requires a structured, forward-looking approach and attention to detail.
  • The role requires resilience, teamwork, physical fitness, and the ability to lift loads up to 15 kilograms.
  • Good spatial visualization and orientation skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth technical operation of the facilities, including infrastructure, utilities, and security systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and resolve them pragmatically.
  • Carry out minor repairs and electrical work independently, and coordinate external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support renovations, maintenance work, and office relocations, including furniture assembly and storage coordination.
  • Monitor compliance with fire-safety and occupational-safety regulations and maintain the related documentation.
  • Work closely with the external building-services partner Caverion.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the building and work areas.
  • Monitor and coordinate agreed service and maintenance appointments.
Desired Qualifications
  • English-language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or ticketing systems is advantageous.
