  • Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of business development, partnerships and strategy experienceSubject matter expertise. Proven experience in Carrier ecosystems with structuring and negotiating the business, technology and legal aspects of carrier partnership agreements, with a track record of closed carrier partnerships in US and CanadaLead by example. Extremely hands-on structuring, negotiation and execution experience of complex strategic deal constructs with million+ impact eachCross-functional experience. Strong experience and skills with proven experience influencing other teams in a highly-matrixed companyCreativity. Experience demonstrating thoughtful risk-taking, challenging the status quo and confidently driving innovation for maximum impact on partners and the business
  • Preferred Qualifications:MBA or relevant graduate degreeExperience operating with flexibility in a fast-paced, always-on, constantly evolving and collaborative environmentExperience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externallyExceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills with technical, contractual and financial issuesExperience working at a US or Canada telecom carrier and at a consumer technology company working with carriers in US or CanadaPassion for AR and it's potential to transform the future
Responsibilities
  • What you'll do:Build and execute on Carrier partnerships in US and CanadaCreate new contacts with US and Canada Carriers, while enhancing and building upon relationships with existing US and CanadaCarriersDrive strategy and execution of Carrier partnerships and programs to achieve 10x growth exceeding DAU and engagement goals, and supporting revenue goals Define, negotiate, and close complex product and distribution partnerships dealsWork cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, finance, sales and marketing teams to advocate internally for carrier partnerships and align on strategy/terms
