Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two+ years of Human Resource experience required
  • 1 year HR management
  • Strong preference for experience in a hospitality or service industry
  • Must have strong organizational & communication skills
  • Must have a solid business focus in addition to effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis
Responsibilities
  • Administer/manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while providing support in employee relations
  • Manages the recruitment and retention process for the property for both hourly and salaried team members
  • Ensures fair hiring practices including consistent completion of all new-hire paperwork
  • Implements and maintains recognition programs that reward and motivate team members
  • Monitors and administers compensation/benefits for both hourly and salaried team members
  • Manage the onboarding process for the new hires
  • Conduct new hire orientations, and completion of new hire paperwork
  • Tracking and Maintaining Employee Training Requirements
  • Lead HR projects to improve process
