Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles involving quote preparation, coordination with sales teams, and data management to develop practical skills in sales operations.
  • Experience managing tenders is valuable.
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese (ideally native), English and Spanish.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, sales quoting software (CPQ Configit), PowerBI and new digital tools certifications is advantageous.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines.
  • Coordinates with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
  • Ensures accuracy and compliance of quotes with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Maintains and updates quote tracking systems and documentation for record-keeping.
  • Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support the sales performance management.
  • Supports the sales team by providing timely and efficient quote-related administrative assistance.
  • Supports the sales organization to develop or validate Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
  • Adheres to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy.
  • Coordinates with Sales and Marketing the correct maintenance of prices of our customers (Strategic customer discounts and net prices/Deals/Special Price Agreements/Promotion conditions/Project Quotes and rebates) ensuring compliance with existing contracts, completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
  • Prepares templates together with Legal for the most common contracts (annual contracts with distribution) and exceptional customized addendums/updates for them. Provides information on contracts and agreements signed-off.
  • In some cases, ensures the proper maintenance of information in ICON (and physical contract archive, if applicable), CPQ, SAP and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), as well as the correct flow and use of these tools.
  • Owns the customers' Due Diligence Process (DDPs) process management.
  • Maintains effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on quote status and requirements.
  • In case of tender management, manages tenders in every stage of the process, shaping the solution and deciding whether to compete and at what price levels in coordination with cross-functional internal teams. Ensures standardization and optimization of tender process, ensuring that the documentation submitted for tenders complies with the tender and the legal requirements.
  • Provides training to the sales organization on quotation process and tools (updates and new sales employees)
  • Conducts lead qualification process
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives of the quotation process, ensuring increase of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.

Signify repurchases 127K shares for $2.8M in share buyback programme

Signify, the world leader in lighting, repurchased 126,776 shares between 23 and 27 February 2026 at an average price of €20.11 per share, totalling €2.5 million. The buyback forms part of a programme announced on 13 February 2026. The company will use the shares to cover obligations from its long-term incentive performance share plan and other employee share schemes. To date, Signify has repurchased 266,276 shares under this programme for a total consideration of €5.3 million. Signify, listed on Euronext as LIGHT, reported sales of €5.8 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 27,000 people across over 70 markets.
