Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and assess market dynamics.
  • Create reporting systems that provide actionable insights for sales optimization, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue growth, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design and build compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to clearly communicate sales trends, forecasts, and performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders, including executives and sales teams.
  • Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts and territory plans by analyzing historical data, business trends, and market intelligence.
  • Drive decision-making through predictive modeling and scenario planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the sales organization through process optimization, training initiatives, and performance management systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to uncover market opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to influence commercial strategies.
