Quality Assurance Analyst - Investment Bank

An exciting opportunity is now available as a Quality Assurance Analyst within an international Investment Bank. The team focuses on carrying out all quality assurance reviews across the financial crime compliance (sanctions) processes in EMEA and contributes to the operation of the financial crime compliance framework.

Responsibilities include:

• Working in a team of Financial Crimes Compliance process Quality Assurance reviewers performing QA reviews of anti-financial crime activity in the EMEA Region.
• Ensuring that the results of the QA reviews relating to Financial Crimes Compliance control processes are communicated to the appropriate parties and are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the maintenance of written QA procedures for conducting QA reviews 
• Escalating errors and exceptions identified during QA reviews 

Experience required:

• At least 2 years of experience within financial crimes area of a global bank, consulting firm or regulatory agency
• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance specifically a Quality Control/Assurance Function
• Experience in drafting, designing and executing QA Reviews in accordance with Global Policies, Standards and/or Procedures
• Stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills
