Requirements
  • At least 3 years in Marketing/Data analyst role
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Ad networks tracking setup experience (logic setup, communication with developers/GTM)
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau/Looker etc
  • Understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis
  • Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results
  • Understanding of UA funnel (knowledge on how to work with SRNs and non-SRNs)
  • Understanding of attribution models
  • English Upper-intermediate — verbal and written
Responsibilities
  • Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
  • Work with business requirements, detail them into analytical reports/ad-hocs
  • Improve and develop tracking setup of Meta Ads and other AdNetworks
  • Reviewing marketing results to improve performance (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement)
  • Collaborate with team members on business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisions
  • Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with MMP, GA4, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
  • Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data design/ data modelling
  • LTV estimation experience
  • Clarisights familiarity
