About This Role

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team as Delivery Lead Central Finance integration for ERP transformation roadmap programs.  The candidate will be responsible for ensuring Central finance and other financial app integrations are enabled for all ERP transformation programs.  He/she will collaborate with the ERP CoE delivery leads to enable finance integrations in compliance with ERP CoE playbooks and implementation methodologies.  This position will report to the ERP CoE Delivery Lead, Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable to deliver finance app integration for ERP transformation road map programs
• Engages with ERP CoE delivery team in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospective, etc.) and has the capability to lead as needed
• Responsible for developing repeatable Central Finance and Finance application playbook in collaboration with workstream leads (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.)
• Partners with Central Finance Product owner to secure build/run team capacity for integration
• Responsible for communicating program status and risks
• Conducts retrospectives to identify lessons learned and modifies playbooks as required. 
• Supports ERP CoE Delivery Lead, Finance Transformation on other programs as needed.      

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years demonstrated success delivering SAP programs using Agile principals. 
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Degree in in computer science, Management of Information Systems or related field preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana focus on Central finance a plus    
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in different geographic locations
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
