Requirements
  • An active Washington State Master Esthetician License is required.
  • Proven experience with skin resurfacing lasers is required.
  • A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform advanced laser treatments independently and confidently is required.
  • A strong understanding of laser safety, protocols, and treatment parameters is required.
  • The ability to balance a full clinical schedule with leadership responsibilities is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced laser and light-based treatments, including BBL/IPL and skin resurfacing procedures.
  • Serve as clinical lead for the development and expansion of laser services.
  • Build and refine treatment protocols, workflows, and best practices.
  • Train and mentor estheticians and clinical staff on devices, safety, and treatment delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations and treatment planning.
  • Ensure the safe, effective, and consistent use of all energy-based devices.
  • Support growth of the laser program through patient education and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership on service expansion and clinic strategy.

  • Prior experience mentoring or training clinical staff is strongly preferred.
