We are searching for a Finance Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team. This role will be the lead in providing financial support and guidance for our PreSonus Software business, as well as our global Marketing organization. This will entail leading the division’s monthly financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, new business opportunities, and other projects requested by senior management. You will lead through influence and will be required to do thorough, hands-on analytical work.
What you’ll do:
- Provide analytical support for PreSonus Software and Marketing organizations at a functional and global level by collaborating with functional leadership and CMO
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures
- Lead the forecasting, annual budget, and strategic plan processes
- Collaborate with the leadership team on expense management (budget and expense tracking, accruals/reclasses, forecasts, and reporting)
- Own the monthly close process and ensure the accuracy of month-end reporting
- Partner with division and functional leaders to define, measure and track KPI’s. Lead financial modeling of PreSonus software business
- Improve division performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiency and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, new product introductions as well as new projects
- Identify and drive process improvements to streamline and automate processes and improve reporting
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare, analyze and communicate monthly departmental spend with comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year
- Highlight and determine root cause of unexpected variances
- Prepare financial reporting and management presentations in support of monthly business reviews, corporate and board reporting
- Additional duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of related experience; financial support for a digital company with consumer focused internet and application revenue streams strongly preferred
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- SAP and Hyperion financial system experience preferred
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Experience as a business partner to management with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to influence key decision makers
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work within a matrix environment

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $74,333/yr - $148,667/yr.
