Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the COO on budgeting, including annual planning and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment with actuals across SOM functions
  • Oversee teams preparing budget materials and manage cross-functional programs to enhance collaboration
  • Lead the OKR process for SOM, coordinating with the strategy and planning team, and facilitate biannual planning to set team priorities
  • Organize updates and briefings to monitor progress and identify risks, and oversee SOM team offsites and company events
  • Facilitate weekly leadership meetings with agendas focused on decision-making and collaboration, producing summaries and briefing documents for partner meetings
  • Refine communication between departments and the COO, developing an internal communications plan to highlight priorities and recognize team achievements
  • Collaborate on company-wide initiatives, prepare presentations for speaking engagements, and manage updates based on functional contributions
  • Create a framework for cross-functional crisis response and lead projects requiring collaboration, such as engagement surveys and action planning
