Hydro-excavation uses high-pressure water to loosen soil and a vacuum to remove spoil, exposing buried utilities without damaging them. It differentiates itself with a nationwide, coordinated package backed by private equity, and growth through internal promotion and acquisitions to broaden geography and capabilities, plus round-the-clock support. The goal is to become the leading nationwide provider of subsurface infrastructure services with revenue growth toward $200 million and expanded service reach.
