  • 2- 3 years of work experience.
  • 1+ years of partnership management and cross-departmental experience.
  • Experience working in marketing or experience supporting marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Some Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) to communicate with Japanese-speaking partners.
Responsibilities
  • Know your assigned brands thoroughly to enable marketing collaborations that resonate with the brand.
  • Be the primary contact for the brand’s licensor for requests, provide periodic updates for new and existing brands to each partner, and update changes to the exploitation strategy and rationale behind the change.
  • Oversee the exploitation and use of the brand’s likeness by coordinating internal and external approvals with Licensors.
  • Coordinate marketing promotions for respective Licensors and their associated talent at events/conventions.
  • Document team processes on Confluence and keep existing documentation updated.
  • Pull and compile data and other reporting metrics while collaborating with other departments for content partners on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Support the Brand Management team with several administrative and operational responsibilities and daily operations.
