- Four years of experience in work involving a variety of layout, installation, and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to pass a drug test as mandated by Saulsbury Industries and the Department of Transportation anti-drug program.
- Must attend and successfully complete Saulsbury Industries safety training education.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Inspect work sites to take dimensions, lay out work, and estimate materials required.
- Build concrete forms, prepare foundations, pour concrete, and assist with rebar installations.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and shop tools and maintain them in proper operating condition.
- Work from sketches, blueprints, or pictures.
- Inspect and analyze carpentry work and assist in determining the carpentry work to be done.
- Estimate amounts of materials and equipment needed for various types of carpentry construction work.
- Determine methods and materials needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Perform lock-out and tag-out procedures when needed to secure and deactivate equipment, and check local switch points to ensure proper lock-out procedures are used.
- Perform work-area cleanup and safety-related duties.
- Work in operating facilities while observing and abiding by additional safety policies and procedures.
- Promote awareness of environmental, health, and safety policies and ensure compliance with accompanying policies.
- Attend safety meetings and specialty training as directed by management.
- Attend various training classes as assigned by management.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Respond to requests to work overtime when conditions warrant and when directed by management.
