Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, system implementation, or a similar role, preferably in an enterprise B2B or early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing hardware solutions, particularly edge devices or IoT technologies.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and configurations, including routers, switches, proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols (SSL/IPsec).
  • Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Knowledge of security camera systems and video surveillance technologies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites.
Responsibilities
  • Lead On-Site Implementations: Manage the end-to-end deployment of Voxel service, including SoW, installation planning, and troubleshooting, ensuring on-time and successful installations. This includes the coordination of the implementation processes such as scheduling, project management, and risk management.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical lead for customer deployments, configuring devices, optimizing network settings, and ensuring compatibility with existing security camera and IT systems.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to understand their operational requirements and tailor deployment strategies to maximize the value of Voxel’s solutions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success) and external stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback during deployments to inform product and process improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance the scalability and efficiency of the implementation process.
  • Travel and Support: May require travel to customer sites for installations, assessments, and troubleshooting, representing Voxel’s commitment to exceptional service.
