Requirements
  • 10+ years of overall relevant business experience in ERP project management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in the management of mid to large multi-site ERP software projects and development teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP applications for manufacturing and professional services organizations.
  • Hands on approach, strong analytical and business process design skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration including conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the workload under time constraints.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and positive attitude in difficult situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, accounting, business, or technology-related field preferred coupled with relevant work experience.
  • Master’s degree with equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience with lean and organizational change management.
Responsibilities
  • Provide project management and oversight of software implementations including the development of plans, schedules, tasks, resources, and communication of status to all partners.
  • Manage the scope, timeline, and implementation budgets while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all member company leaders and partners.
  • Serve as an expert and evangelist, and the point of contact for questions concerning the ERP project.
  • Manage the business, functional, data conversion, and training requirements for each Re:Build member company deployment.
  • Lead project meetings with internal and external collaborators such as vendors to promote cross-group teamwork and involvement.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks, or concerns based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project.
  • Give regular updates to management and relevant collaborators on the project status, budget, timeline, and potential risks.
  • Manage third party vendors and review and approve their expenses related to managed projects.
  • Conduct post-implementation follow-ups, ensuring user satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Note that no more than 2 member companies shall implement an ERP solution concurrently.
