Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Experience working in medical imaging, occupational health, acute care, or pediatrics is preferred

Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various medical conditions, including but not limited to medical imaging, occupational health, acute care, and pediatrics
Help patients improve their functional abilities and independence through therapeutic activities and exercises
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for home-based care
