As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to join our team. As the Personal Injury Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our personal injury department. You will play a critical role in managing and ensuring the efficiency of handling cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned personal injury cases
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case status, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Ensure that clients receive prompt and professional assistance from staff members and that their needs are met throughout the legal process
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure cases are progressing smoothly
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience
• Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary: $68,000-$100,000
