Responsibilities
  • Manage twice a year upgrades
  • Identify how to leverage HR systems and/or application functionality more proactively
  • Evaluate system functionality
  • Test system configuration changes
  • Project management of small to mid-size HR projects
  • Support the development of integrations between Workday and internal/external systems
  • Align with colleagues throughout the business to develop best in class HRIS solutions
  • Provide support for the HRIS and other related systems
  • Partner with business leads and colleagues to update and organize activities tied to the HRIS
  • Provide consultation to the Services team leadership
  • Research and recommend improvements to the existing system
  • Prioritize backlog configurations
  • Recommend new tools or software programs to streamline processes
  • Management of both small and large scale projects
  • Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
  • Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday
  • Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
  • Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events
  • Maintain master data values in Workday
  • Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training
