Responsibilities

As an experienced engineer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support our client's requirements. As a machine learning engineer on our mission driven team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.

In this role, you’ll lead the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies. You’ll share your knowledge with a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with data scientists, solutions architects, and software developers to deliver world class solutions and deliver mentorship, training, and solutions to real world problems and perform A/B testing tasks on statistical models, ML algorithms, and systems. Your skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications

You Have: 

Experience designing, creating, testing, and productizing AI/ML algorithms to solve business challenges
Experience creating AI/ML models that learn and make predictions defined by client requirements
Experience with model architecture, data pipeline interaction, and metrics application, interpretation, and presentation
Knowledge of foundational concepts of application development, infrastructure management, data engineer, and data governance
Knowledge of training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models through iterative user and system feedback
Ability to design and create scalable solutions for optimal performance
TS/SCI with a polygraph
Master's degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning and 10+ years of experience deploying machine learning algorithms or Bachelor's degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning and 17+ years of experience in deploying machine learning algorithms

Nice If You Have: 

Experience with Python, Java, C, and R
Ph.D in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning

Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance with a polygraph is required. 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $96.16 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
