Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the strategy for AI marketing initiatives, aligning them with broader business objectives and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Operations team and other cross-functional stakeholders to define scalable and effective prompt architecture and performance management.
  • Design and iterate on prompt strategies for AI-driven campaigns, analyzing performance data, trends, and hallucinations to maximize results.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure AI tools and frameworks align with organizational goals.
  • Train and mentor team members on AI tools and methodologies, fostering adoption and innovation across the marketing organization.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI advancements and eagerly bring innovative ideas to elevate Grafana Labs’ demand generation strategies.
