Requirements

Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample request, shipment and receiving
- Pre-clinical species PBMC purification, immune cell isolation, antibody staining, flow cytometry, flowJo data analysis, cell culture, immune cell activation and various immune phenotyping and functional assays
- Possible ELISA and qPCR
- Use scientific knowledge and skills to perform immunophenotyping of pre-clinical samples with flow cytometry, immune cell purification with antibody enrichment and flow cytometry sorting
- In addition, conduct in vitro assay development to evaluate target expression, pharmacodynamic marker and immune mechanistic safety assay development of human and pre-clinical species
