Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily social operations and IP promotions of Crunchyroll’s English social media network.
  • Support audience growth and engagement, and assist with the operationalization of strategy campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor social channels occasionally on nights and weekends.
  • Ensure campaigns, content, daily tasks, and requests align with Audience Development goals.
  • Oversee and train social media team members.
  • Develop a comprehensive social media calendar for strategic content distribution.
  • Lead regional content creation and guide creative direction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with a social media agency and oversee campaign execution.
  • Help build a GTM social media strategy for new businesses in English-speaking markets.
  • Manage upper-funnel paid social media campaigns for English-speaking markets and region-specific programs.
  • Support communications between title marketing, brand management, and content operations.
  • Contribute to analytics-based reporting using social media metrics.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, new platforms, content types, and insights from the anime and adjacent communities.
