Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and basic tools (e.g., Canva, or Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for modern design trends
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for building community and keeping people excited
Responsibilities
  • Actively pitch creative, modern ideas for our marketing approaches, social media campaigns, and brand presence
  • Take the lead on executing new communication projects from start to finish rather than just maintaining legacy processes
  • Create, and design high-quality communication materials, including corporate newsletters, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Evaluate our current website design from a user perspective; recommend and coordinate fresh updates to improve layout, look, and feel
  • Keep our primary channels (Website, Social, Partner communications) updated, vibrant, and aligned with our brand identity
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to coordinate outreach efforts, crafting compelling messages for partner acquisition
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior familiarity with the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry is a significant plus
