  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
  • Available to start working full time from June 2025
  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, development, and creation of content for our platforms
  • Assist teams working across production schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for various departments
  • Provide creative support on a number of developments and productions
  • Read submissions and scripts, and review animatics and animation
  • Coordinate approval processes for creative promotions for Disney+
  • Oversee and evaluate content for Disney+ streaming and competing streaming services
  • Update internal trackers and conduct presentations on content highlights
  • Oversee asset tracking for all EMEA releases
  • Support the production of original unscripted content
  • Assist in creating detailed monthly programming schedules
  • Analyse ratings data and contribute to innovative schedule strategies
  • Oversee promotional material for NG programs
  • Manage voiceover & graphics bookings, quality checking and ensuring successful delivery internationally
  • Supervise assets for campaigns, such as episodes, scripts, artwork, promos and more
  • Utilise Photoshop to design images for on-demand platforms and creative newsletters
  • Monitor quality control for programmes and support the delivery of broadcast-quality shows
