Requirements
  • 8+ years working within a Professional Services organization
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Experience conducting requirements & scope assessment workshops
  • Experience with the selling and/or delivery of HashiCorp products
  • Experience creating and selling packaged Professional Services offerings
  • Experience articulating and positioning the value proposition of Professional Services offerings
  • Ability to identify customer's business & technical objectives
  • Experience engaging with senior business leaders
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar program
Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of services opportunities
  • Manage multiple opportunities through sales process stages
  • Lead the services sales process
  • Provide guidance to Account Managers and Sales Engineers
  • Earn trusted advisor status with customers
  • Lead all aspects of the Professional Services sales process
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from sales to post-sales
  • Maintain accurate forecast of services opportunities
  • Collaborate with Professional Services leaders for resource planning
  • Develop and maintain a library of Professional Services presentations
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
