  • Multi-faceted researcher with experience using various research methods
  • Someone with 4+ years experience in leading and conducting UX research
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience with conducting research for complex SaaS products
  • Detailed-oriented and always pushing for high quality research insights
  • Ability to calibrate research efforts for quick-twitch to more in-depth discovery
  • Ability to prioritize and conduct multiple research initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead and apply various research methods to investigate complex customer problems
  • Define the research practice and the processes for continuous discovery of user insights
  • Collaborate across the organization to coordinate and conduct research initiatives
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights that guide product, design, and marketing decisions
  • Work with design to create personas, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to visualize the research insights
  • Advocate for customer goals, needs and pain points throughout the whole design process
  • Present customer insights regularly across the organization and to leadership
