Maple is a telemedicine service in Canada that lets people talk to Canada-licensed doctors online. It provides on-demand access 24/7, so patients can either book a scheduled appointment or get immediate virtual care. The platform offers specialty care such as mental health, dermatology, and pediatric primary care, all through a virtual visit. Consultations are paid per visit, with immediate virtual care usually costing more than a scheduled one. Maple is known for fast results—patients often receive prescriptions within minutes and can complete steps that would normally take weeks or months (like referrals) in under 72 hours. What sets Maple apart is its high customer satisfaction and broad accessibility, backed by many positive reviews. The goal is to make healthcare easier to access from home, removing barriers like finding a family doctor and visiting clinics after hours.
