- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in a Quality department within an ISO-certified manufacturing company.
- Applied knowledge of measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in French and English.

- Follow and supervise the application of safety rules according to company policies and regulations.
- Lead the Quality Team by managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues to ensure maximum efficiency in production.
- Coordinate internal resources to identify and resolve non-conformities, act as process leader, suggest corrective and preventive actions, and ensure communication with clients and other internal functions.
- Lead the implementation and ensure compliance with the company’s integrated system of procedures and standards, and suggest improvements.
- Propose changes to continuous improvement processes, methods, and quality-control practices in accordance with client and internal quality standards.
- Verify quality reports and report relevant issues to the Plant Manager when necessary.
- Plan and guarantee the implementation of internal audits to satisfy ISO safety certification standards.
- Guarantee correct execution of the quality-control plan for new and existing products, supporting the team in measurement activities when necessary.
- Ensure calibration of all laboratory instruments through internal control plans, using internal resources and external suppliers.
- Ensure proper management of incoming materials.
- Support industrialization of new products and implementation of processes or materials while supervising process performance.
- Experience in a Quality department within an ISO-certified manufacturing company, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Knowledge of plastic molding technologies such as extrusion blow molding, stretch blow molding, and/or injection molding.
