Requirements
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally working on workflow products within B2B SaaS offerings, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
  • You have excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice's product vision to both internal partners and external customers
  • You're someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
  • You're self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
  • You have a high attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • You will help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
  • You will synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
  • You will lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
  • You will support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
  • You will define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch
