We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiting Specialist to join our team! This role is an exciting opportunity to help identify, engage, and attract top talent across various business functions, supporting the organization’s ambitious growth goals.

We'll Trust you to

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
Proactively source passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
Drive and manage campus recruitment process, including university outreach and planning.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit for the role and company culture.
Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stay ahead of market trends and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote the company’s culture and values.

You'll need to have

3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally within Professional services, consulting, life sciences, or analytics domains.
Proven success in direct sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
Experience leading or supporting campus recruitment efforts and building early talent pipelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Experience working with ATS platforms and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Passion for delivering an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
Recruitment certifications or training in sourcing methodologies is a plus.
