  • Two to four years of experience in human resources or employee services roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in human resources information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Enter new hires in Workday and ADP Lyric when Workday onboarding is incomplete.
  • Process or verify employee lifecycle changes in Workday, including promotions, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence, and returns from leave, and verify data accuracy.
  • Manage compensation updates and verify union assignments.
  • Validate new-hire personal information.
  • Audit benefits across ADP and vendors including Empower, Aptia, Optum, and Manulife.
  • Extract and validate employee elections through Benefits Data Management.
  • Process benefit changes directly in ADP.
  • Review daily benefits files and resolve invalid or needs-attention transactions, overlapping coverage dates, and payroll synchronization failures.
  • Manage ongoing data cleanup.
  • Pull and analyze census reports to reconcile Workday and ADP data.
  • Track and audit all data changes within ADP.
  • Investigate discrepancies across systems and ensure data alignment.
  • Address issues where transactions complete but are not reflected in employee records.
  • Review human resources inbound interface files daily and resolve identified issues.
  • Provide backup support for ticket review, the Toppan Benefits inbox, invoices and payments through Coupa, employee issue research, base-rate-sheet updates and changes, and open-enrollment and merit activities as needed.
  • Complete assigned project work.
