Responsibilities
- Work with our growth team to help fill seats for our various cohorts (creating lead lists, managing campaigns, reporting on key metrics). This involves:
- Understanding the subject matter and professional target personas of each cohort
- Running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Running lifecycle campaigns via Hubspot to our alumni community
- Managing paid channels
- Working with instructors to tap their communities
- Optimizing product-leg growth initiatives
- Analyze, report on and optimize all growth channels based on ROI. This involves:
- Tracking open and conversion rates
- A/B testing templates and channels to capitalize on success
- Monitoring page clicks
- Pivoting demand generation strategy based on success
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals
