Responsibilities
  • Work with our growth team to help fill seats for our various cohorts (creating lead lists, managing campaigns, reporting on key metrics). This involves:
  • Understanding the subject matter and professional target personas of each cohort
  • Running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Running lifecycle campaigns via Hubspot to our alumni community
  • Managing paid channels
  • Working with instructors to tap their communities
  • Optimizing product-leg growth initiatives
  • Analyze, report on and optimize all growth channels based on ROI. This involves:
  • Tracking open and conversion rates
  • A/B testing templates and channels to capitalize on success
  • Monitoring page clicks
  • Pivoting demand generation strategy based on success
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals
