Requirements
  • At least 3 years of management experience and/or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • A general understanding of profit and loss.
  • A United States driver's license that has been valid for at least 3 years.
  • A clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
  • Obtain and maintain all licenses and certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer retention, employee retention, and service center earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.
  • Monitor and balance labor utilization with production to optimize overall efficiency.
  • Manage all inventory and fleet operations within the service center.
  • Forecast staffing needs and direct hiring activities to ensure proper service center staffing while maintaining communication with the recruiting lead.
  • Manage payroll for Service Professionals, Lead Service Professionals, and Operations Supervisors within the service center.
  • Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effective labor management.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement department to support growth and ensure safe, efficient delivery of quality services.
  • Execute improvement plans and report progress.
  • Build a cohesive, service-oriented, multidisciplinary team through staffing and retention of qualified employees.
  • Meet key performance indicator standards.
  • Work with the talent team to address hiring needs.
  • Create a positive atmosphere of learning and growth for Service Professionals.
  • Set and manage goals with Operations Supervisors, Lead Service Professionals, and Service Professionals to improve overall performance using performance dashboards and other tools.
  • Review Service Professional performance metrics with the Regional Operations Manager.
  • Teach Service Professionals communication skills and sales training, and ensure the workforce understands sales organization and processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations Trainers and local leadership to implement and deliver training.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.

Aptive Environmental names Shane Hansen CFO, adds two executives to leadership team

Shane Hansen joins as chief financial officer, bringing over 20 years of experience from roles including CFO at Transformco and senior positions at Planful, Vivint Smart Home and Symantec.
