Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer-facing operations, implementation, or project management experience
- Experience in a payments environment or within a payments business entity
- Ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong sense of teamwork and while working independently and autonomously
- Intermediate computer skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, DocuSign, Slack)
- Operate independently with little supervision on a day-to-day basis
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through payments application / onboarding / activation processes
- Manage and coordinate new account applications from inbound prospective clients
- Assist customers with hardware set up
- Collaborate with sales team to assist in the sign-up process
- Timely onboarding calls to activate payment solution and ensure functionality
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for underwriting
- Provide ongoing support after activation and escalate cases, as needed
- Pinpoint areas for operational process improvements
- Analyze and maintain data elements that contribute to the Payments initiative
