What You’ll Do
- Responsible for month-end closing procedures, managing daily banking activities, revenue recognition and reporting, and tax compliance and reporting.
- Serve as a generalist in both general ledger and cost accounting functions.
- Maintain and support IT systems related to accounting functions.
- Manage credit card transactions and reconciliations.
- Provide support for inventory management, including on-site and off-site inventory.
- Perform audit related tasks in accordance with GAAP.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills by independently identifying and resolving issues before escalation, showcasing initiative and resourcefulness.
- Actively participate in discussions, providing valuable insights and implementing innovative ideas to enhance accounting processes and overall organizational efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Have
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and applications in a growth environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (3 years)
- Proven experience in cost accounting
- The ability to effectively communicate complex financial information ensuring clarity and comprehension
- Working knowledge of Dynamics – Business Central
- Prior experience with managing payroll is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot table, VLOOKUPS essential for data analysis and reporting is a plus
- CPA is a plus

Salary: $110,000- $120,000
