Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technology consulting or federal IT.
  • Familiarity with program/project management concepts and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) concepts and eagerness to learn more.
  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
Responsibilities
  • Execute key tasks within project workstreams.
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision making.
  • Develop project artifacts like process flows, requirements docs, and presentations.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) components for client projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of business capability-focused roadmaps and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct data analysis and research to support SPM strategies and recommendations.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and communications.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support development of project deliverables and status reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing support to senior team members.
  • Learn and apply SPM methodologies and tools in practical client situations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
