Toast is looking for a Senior Money Movement Analyst to play an integral role in scaling the Toast Money Movement Team. This person will be responsible for establishing and improving money movement operations processes, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring Toast and our partners successfully grow FinTech capabilities together. This person will also assist in executing cross-functional initiatives and communicating with internal stakeholders such as business development, product, compliance, risk and legal, to ensure internal alignment. 

About this roll*:

• Lead the onboarding effort for product partners for integration into the Toast ecosystem
• Build operations to automate money movement production processes
• Coordinate operations and deliverables with compliance and legal teams to ensure products are in adherence to Toast and customer requirements
• Identify and drive process improvements to help Toast execute more efficiently
• Track and report performance metrics to enhance and maintain business operations 
• Ground floor opportunity to define the operations for a core growth product and lead teams

Do you have the right ingredients*?

• 3+  years of proven track record of effective operations experience in a product and customer first technology company with rapid change and growth 
• Strong prioritization and the ability to navigate competing demands and complex problems
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once, collaborate with key business leaders across product, marketing, risk and highly attentive to details
• Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Special Sauce*:

• Experience in a high-growth tech company
• Data analysis programming languages a plus
• Knowledge of the credit card processing industry
• Experience using Salesforce
