Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Target Global Supply Chain & Logistics, inventory management, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to distill information and present to varying levels of leadership
  • Ability to balance both short and long-term priorities – while re-prioritizing as needed
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to drive the change when necessary to achieve better outcomes
  • Skilled at making connections, identifying collaboration points, and facilitating constructive and productive engagements with partners (Internally or Externally with Suppliers)

Responsibilities
  • Use the right combination of data and expertise to drive the best possible inventory availability to support the In Store Date (ISD)
  • Deliver visibility to inventory strategies, risks, and outcomes in order to foster a reputation of reliability and credibility with Partners across the Enterprise
  • Ensure coordination across Indirect Supply Chain partners
  • Focus on understanding volume moving through Target’s network and advancements to data driven visibility through partnering with product and forecasting teams
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and implications of decisions; work across ISPM analysts and global team to identify and address complexities
  • Demonstrate leadership to elevate Supplier Engagement: Advance key initiatives by establishing expectations, and approaching problem solving with a lens of curiosity
  • Embrace the challenge of Running the Business while also Evolving it: Build out new capabilities and frameworks to continuously improve business performance and drive progress towards Indirect IM’s future state
