Requirements
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Radiology.
  • Fellowship training in Body Imaging.
  • Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Radiology residents and fellows in the interpretation of Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
  • Manage inpatient and outpatient cross-sectional imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
  • Perform a significant portion of CTA examinations of the extremities.
  • Interpret CT imaging for oncology workup and follow-up, as well as postsurgical and trauma patients.
  • Interpret abdominal MR imaging of the liver, pancreas, and kidneys.
  • Interpret pelvic MR imaging for gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and genitourinary malignancies, including prostate MRI.
  • Provide imaging services at UofL Health – University Hospital, UofL Health Jewish Hospital, and the local VA hospital.
  • Participate in resident case conferences and core didactic lecture conferences.
